If you do not agree with any of these Terms and Conditions, we recommend refraining from using our website. From time to time, we may choose to modify these Terms and Conditions. If such changes occur after you have placed an order with Write CV, the original Terms and Conditions in place at the time of your order will be applicable.
The Contract:
A contract with our service will only be considered formed once Write CV has accepted your order. While we rarely refuse an order, we reserve the right to do so without notice, but we will notify you within 24 hours of such an occurrence.
Pricing:
All prices listed on the Write CV website are subject to change without prior notice. Write CV does not assume liability for such changes. In the event of a price change after you have placed an order, the price at the time of your purchase will apply. Should prices decrease and you have placed an order within seven days of this change, we will gladly refund you the difference.

Accuracy of Information: Write CV takes significant measures to ensure the accuracy of information on our website. However, we provide advice and accept no liability for inaccuracies in any of the information on the Write CV website.
Ordering with Write CV:
To complete your order, we collect personal information such as contact details, education, and employment history. If this information is not readily available from your order, we will contact you to obtain it or, if only minor information is missing, we will highlight this when delivering your completed order.
Payment:
Write CV requires payment in advance to initiate your order. This payment is processed through our online merchant service. If you prefer alternative payment methods, please contact us to discuss.
Incorrect Orders:
If you inadvertently place an incorrect order, such as selecting the wrong type of CV, we will contact you to advise and arrange for any cost differences to be resolved. If you choose not to proceed at this stage, a full refund will be issued.
Adjustments and Turnaround Times:
If we anticipate that your order, due to complexity or resource constraints, will fall outside the agreed turnaround time, we will contact you to discuss and agree on a suitable course of action.
Upon placing your order with Write CV, we may arrange a telephone call or email questionnaire to gather all necessary information. The turnaround time for your order will commence once we have received all the required information. Your CV will be delivered in Microsoft Word and PDF format to the email address provided at the time of your order.
It is advisable to monitor your junk or spam folder during the order process, as Write CV cannot be held responsible for orders perceived as not received due to this reason.
Upon receiving your order, we will consider it complete unless you request adjustments. To expedite this process, we recommend outlining any required adjustments in an email sent to info@writecv.co.uk. Once we receive your email, we will review the adjustments. Adjustments are typically completed within four days of your request, but if you require a quicker turnaround, please inform us so we can accommodate your request. For minor adjustments (e.g., one to two sentences), you may make the changes and send the CV back to us for review and recommendations.
Liability:
Write CV provides services in good faith, and orders are fulfilled to the best of our knowledge by experienced CV writers. We cannot accept liability for any loss or damage resulting from following our advice.
Turnaround Times: Our stated turnaround times are average values and may be extended during busy periods. The turnaround time commences once all necessary information has been collected from you, not upon placing the order. If we anticipate falling outside the agreed turnaround time during busy periods or due to the complexity of the information, we will contact you to discuss and agree on a new timeframe.
Write CV cannot be held responsible for complications or inconveniences resulting from our failure to meet our average turnaround time. In such cases, no refunds will be issued.
Cancellation and Returns Policy:
Our services at Write CV involve creating goods "made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized," exempting us from standard distance selling regulations. As part of our commitment to ensuring 100% customer satisfaction, we guarantee revisions of your CV until you are completely satisfied, backed by 12 months of free amendments. Write CV does not offer refunds.
Returning a Defective or Erroneous Item: Our only tangible product, the copy pack service, may be returned if damaged in transit. Please send the damaged item to the address provided on our Contact Us page, and we will resend it within 48 hours of receipt.
Complaints: In the unlikely event that you have a complaint related to your order with Write CV, please email us at info@writecv.co.uk. Upon receiving your complaint, we will conduct an investigation and respond to you within three working days.
